The Farmhouse

The Farmhouse:
The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The 1st floor has a gourmet kitchen, dining room, laundry room, powder room, a living room with a large smart TV and a parlor that opens to a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and a porch swing.

The Kitchen:
The gourmet kitchen features professional grade appliances and plenty of country kitchen charm. The antique marble top table is perfect for gathering with friends and family.

The Master Bedroom:
The spacious master bedroom suite includes a comfortable king size bed and a large smart TV.

The Master Bathroom:
The large en-suite bathroom features a farm sink, heated wood floors and a stand-alone steam shower with a natural river stone floor and heated floors.

Second Bedroom & Ensuite Bathroom:
Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed with a private bathroom with a stand alone shower and a clawfoot soaking tub.

Third Bedroom:
Bedroom 3 has two queen size beds

Bedroom 4:
Includes a queen size iron frame bed and a futon couch for extra guests. This room also has a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 5
features a four post queen size bed.

Third Floor Bathroom:
There is also a full bathroom on the third floor for the upstairs bedrooms to share.

Fourth Floor:
The fourth floor features a widows watch with 360 degree views of the property.

The Guesthouse:
The detached guesthouse/barn has two levels including a game room with pool table, ping pong a bathroom and an upstairs loft space.
